Shipyards West Park: refined $75–80M riverfront design revealed

The 11.6-acre Northbank park will include a two-story gallery and event pavilion, a shipyard-themed playscape, a wide boardwalk over a historic pier, and a calmer “cove” on the St. Johns for pedal boats and fishing. Construction is slated for 2026 with completion by 2028, alongside adjacent commercial development.

Downtown beating death: questions after three assaults in one night

Bill would require educator loyalty oath across Florida schools

Filed for the 2026 session by Sen.
