For the second time in 2.5 weeks we find ourselves subjected to a non-stop barrage of snuff as social media does what regular media is no longer capable of, and by that I mean rip the scab off America’s soul to reveal the bloody pus-wound underneath. 

By the time The Administration had circled its wagons to piss on the corpse of ICE's second murder victim in 17 days, most of us had seen the actual crime footage dozens of times. This was a murder, as cold-blooded as any, as a man with an iPhone in hand and nothing else was maced, beaten to the ground, then shot in the back of the head execution-style. 

Seeing brutality like this on the evening news every night was what ended the Vietnam War. But not before a massive mobilization. Now here we are, exposed on a nuclear level to as brutal a crime as one is likely to ever see -- heartless, hateful, sociopathic, psychopathic -- and everyone is fucking pissed. Even yogis and swamis and hippies and peaceniks are looking to strap up their gats and take to the streets to blow smoking holes into Olive-Green-Shirts, aka the Fatso Gestapo. Bobs Guns has become the new Zillow for liberal late-night iPad window shopping. 

Yet there seems to be no one ready to capitalize on this moment and redirect all this kinetic anger toward something useful. No mobilization on a grand scale at the moment when we need it most. Leftists poo-pooed No Kings and the Libs poo-pooed back, but hey Libs, where are they now? Why is my in-box not blowing up with a call to action?  I mean if not now, what the fuck were all those other marches for? 

I get no less than 10-15 emails a day from the DNC as well as a rogue's gallery of Democrat politicians, mobilization groups, and PACs... and yet not one peep from them today. Where are the calls for a general strike? A march on Washington? Revolution? Guillotines? Or are they still trying to figure out a tasteful way to spin this saint of a man's death into a fundraising email blast? 

The Administration wasted no time in spewing their stock "fuck the corpse’s eye socket" -flavored lies not because they believed the lies and not because they believed that we'd believe the lies but because they understood that time was not on their side. They had a very short window to make a statement offering no culpability whatsoever so that their thinning herd of cult members wouldn't have time to actually think through how absolutely fucked up this all was. They don't believe the lie either but they need to post SOMETHING on Facebook to keep them from having to admit to the kids and grandkids who hate them that they'd been hoodwinked into playing along with America becoming the exact opposite of they THOUGHT America was, though seldom actually was... a bastion of hope, freedom, truth, liberty, justice, yadda yadda you've seen the truck stop license plates. The ones with the eagles and stars-n-stripes on 'em. Whatever those said. 

Friends keep asking me... what do we do? Where do we go? How? What? Why? 

Well the first order of business is a General Strike and it needs to start Monday and end when ICE is abolished and Trump has resigned and not a moment before.  Yes we need concrete demands and not wish-washy attainable demands because those will be rolled back as soon as the temperature in the room goes down. This is not a negotiation this is an uprising.

I can get the word out to my social circle of about 300 people on a good day but hey maybe one of these groups with the million-name mailing lists aught give it a shot, too? I mean... isn't that what those mailing lists are for? Or nah? 

Besides the absolute spinelessness of the Democrats -- collaborators one and all -- and an Actual Left that's been marginalized by the same aforementioned D-letter fash collaborators -- what seems to be standing in our way is a unifying voice. We have no Gandhi. We have no MLK. We have a million-zillion podcasters and substackers and TikTokers and YouTubers all racing to get their artisanal "well actually" hot take in. But no one actually saying, "look, here's what we need to do next." What I'm saying is that we need someone to talk to us in that Obama Voice but unlike Obama actually mean the shit coming out of his mouth instead of priming us for the next grift. We need a leader, and I'm not that guy, or that gal for that matter, but when I find that guy or gal I am all the fuck the way in. 

But yeah, General Strike on Monday. Spread the word.
