Quick updates!

A few quick updates. (If you haven't yet, follow us on Instagram @truegrainartisanmilling)
First, I have just posted the beginning of my Whole Wheat Artisan Sourdough bread recipe and instruction video series to the blog! I'm really excited to share that, as making and eating this bread is truly one of the most wonderful parts of my life. It's incomplete, but I will be updating it throughout the day today (as I bake!), so keep checking back. I will also post the starter maintenance instructions on the blog today, so be sure to check there for that.
Second, I believe I am on top of all of my emails at this point. However, I still haven't perfectly figured out my system yet, and (wonderfully!) the orders keep rolling in. I am close, and with my new order form, all future orders will be very nicely collected in a spreadsheet for me, making the following kind of request unnecessary, but for now:
If you are waiting on either an email response from me, or have any uncertainty about when your order will be ready, how much you should pay, etc., please do me a favor and just shoot me one more email to remind me. Again, I'll be on top of this soon, thank you for bearing with me!
If anything isn't perfect with your order, or you don't see your order, just call the number we will have on the sign when you're here, and I'll be right out with whatever is needed.
