...Liberia
You may be wondering what elections in Liberia have to do with the price of fish? Believe me…by the end of this article all will become clear, but first some background. This article started life before the EU Referendum just looking at a couple of ‘Best for Britain’ board members and their links to dodgy elections…and George Soros, but it definitely needed to be updated to take into account a couple of recent ‘appointments’ linked to the pandemic, which may surprise you…or maybe not!

2005 Election
There were 22 contestants in the 2005 Liberian presidential election race, with the top 2 from the first round of voting going on to contest a second round. The top 2 here were Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and George Weah.
The result from round one was:
2nd – Ellen Johnson Sirleaf – 192,326 votes (19.8%)
1st – George Weah – 275,265 votes (28.3%)
A clear lead for Weah going into the 2nd round, but it wasn’t enough, because although he received 327,046 votes, an increase of around 19% over the first round total, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf managed to get 478,526 votes…a staggering 150% more than her first round total. After this result George Weah, unsurprisingly filed formal fraud charges, but later dropped them…in the interests of peace?
When we look closer into the backgrounds of the two finalists it starts to become clear there was only ever going to be one winner…
George Weah, was a professional footballer, and a good one, some say the best ever to come out of Africa, those of a certain vintage (like me), may well remember him playing. He was African footballer of the year in 1989, and top scorer in the 1994-95 Champions League, before retiring in 2003 to go into politics in his home country, all pretty straightforward.
Not so with Ellen Johnson Sirleaf…here’s the early CV
Her first major role was as Minister of Finance 1979-1980, then, following a military coup in 1980 became President of the Liberian Bank Development and investment, before moving to the US for a job at the World Bank…followed by roles at Citibank, HSBC, and as Director of the UN Development Programme’s Regional Bureau for Africa…oh, and she was also the initial Chairperson of the OPEN SOCIETY Initiative for West Africa!
Now, you may be thinking that surely it must take more than working in the banking racket and being mates with George Soros to swing an election, well…there was more. This election, like many others, involved the use of election observers, in this case from the Carter Center, and the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI)….both of which receive (large) funding from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations.
One of these observers was Eloise Todd…
If you’re not familiar with Eloise Todd, you should be…she was also CEO of Best for Britain. Her story though begins in Brussels, as Political Advisor to the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats…before becoming Global Policy Director for the Soros funded One.org. In 2019 she stepped down from BFB in a (failed) attempt to become the Labour MEP for Yorkshire & the Humber.
in May 2019, she co-hosted an event with the following agenda..
Now she has a new job…Co founder of the new Pandemic Action Network…these are it’s partners!
Before I move on to the 2011 Election, another name you’ll be seeing a lot of in these pages is Lord Mark Malloch Brown. He’s been helping to rig elections around the world since the 1980s…allegedly of course, more recently with electronic vote machine (EVM) company Smartmatic which he was the chairman of (until the heat around Smartmatic’s involvement in the US 2020 election became too much). I mention him here because he’s also the chairman of Best for Britain…and now the President of Open Society Foundations!
2011 Election
Back in 2009, Liberia’s ‘TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION COMMISSION’ produced a detailed, and extensive report, in which Ellen Johnson Sirleaf’s name crops up a number of times. On page 361 though we are informed that she, along with 48 others named should be..
‘..specifically barred from holding public office, elected or appointed, for a period of thirty (30) years as of July 1, 2009‘.
Because they were deemed..
‘..the most prominent political leaders and financiers of different warring factions and armed groups, by their conduct, leadership, finances, and support, actions or inactions, are responsible for the commission of gross human rights violations, international humanitarian law violations, international human rights law, war crimes, and egregious domestic law violations.’
Yet only 2 years later in 2011 she won again, how is that possible? I’ll come onto that in a moment but first, coming right up to date, she too has a new job…Co chair of the WHO’s Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response (IPPPR)’
I don’t have much information on the 2011 Election, I know that the Soros funded Carter Center’s ‘observers’ were involved again, and that Sirleaf was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize 4 days before the Election which according to this excellent article, was arranged by Soros. The article is actually about Ukraine but it does break away to give us this interesting nugget:
‘Once in office, President Sirleaf opened the doors for Soros to take over major Liberian gold and base metals assets along with his partner, Nathaniel Rothschild. One of her first acts as President was to also invite the Pentagon’s new Africa Command, AFRICOM, into Liberia whose purpose as a Liberian investigation revealed, was to “protect George Soros and Rothschild mining operations in West Africa rather than champion stability and human rights”.
*Update*
She’s also a trustee of the ‘International Crisis Group’…as is Alexander Downer, Federica Mogherini, George Soros, Alexander Soros, and several ex presidents & prime ministers…it’s Founder and Chairman Emeritus is Mark Malloch Brown.
I feel a project coming on…
2017 Election
George Weah wins!
Finally he wins, Sirleaf couldn’t run again but maybe she had given the Globalists all they required anyway…don’t know anything about this one really so I’ll leave it there.
I could go on to talk about her son Charles, who she made a deputy governor of Liberia’s Central Bank, and who has been charged with economic sabotage in connection with the unlawful printing of local currency worth millions of dollars…
Or I could talk about her son Fombah, and the Supreme Court’s ordering of a new trial in his US$247K ‘Corruption Scandal’ Case…
Or I could talk about her sister’s involvement in an $18 Million Scandal…
What a cesspit!
