I came across this while researching Yuriy Sergeyev, Ukrainian Ambassador to the UN in 2014 who, ‘made the unsupported assertion that “even Russian experts” attributed the incident to a “misuse of grenade” by the separatists.’
I think I’ll be coming back to him in future posts…
