...Brazil - Meet IEPS, Brazil’s Independent SAGE…it's more corrupt than ours...I think!
According to its website Brazil’s Institute for Health Policy Studies – or Instituto de Estudos para Políticas de Saúde (IEPS), is an ‘independent and nonpartisan, non-profit organization, who’s only goal is to contribute to the improvement of public policies concerning the Brazilian health sector.’ All sounds above board…but is it really?
If you read my post covering the last few elections in Brazil you’ll learn that current President Jair Bolsonaro wasn’t supposed to win…and the swamp wants him out, he’s not one of them. I believe IEPS is just another tool, created specifically to discredit / smear / blame Bolsonaro ahead of the election next year, and when I saw this in the usual propaganda rags…I smelled a rat!

More on him later, so what is IEPS? According to the website IEPS is an ‘initiative’ of economist and founding associate, Arminio Fraga Neto.
But he’s not just any economist, he’s the ex president of Brazil’s Central Bank, and before that he was Managing Director of Soros Fund Management in New York…can you see where I’m going with this?
Oh there’s more…since 2001, he has been a member of the influential Washington-based financial advisory body, the Group of Thirty. The big one though, is that he’s also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (as is George Soros), learn more about the CFR here – for example:
‘The Council on Foreign Relations has used covert operations to conceal their identity while methodically taking control of the Department of State, Central Intelligence Agency, and the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the Government.’
Contrary to everything you see in the fake news, Bolsonaro is very popular (they call him the tropical Trump) easily winning the last election. The wannabe world owners are throwing everything at him to try and get him out…hence the big guns being wheeled out!
Let’s have a look at the IEPS team, currently numbering 9 members, 1 political scientist, 1 dentist, 2 admins, 5 economists…just what a government needs to advise it on public health? You can see their bios here (you’ll need to translate the page).
As previously mentioned, Miguel Lago is the executive director, here’s his bio…as ‘featured’ on the WEF website.
His previous ‘job’, as stated above, was co-founder and president-director of Nossas – ‘one of the largest civic-tech organisations in Latin-America.’ If you visit the Nossas home page this is what you’re greeted with…just sayin’
I think I’ll leave it there, no need to look at the other members of the team…but I may do in the future, time permitting. Independent SAGE definitely needs a good looking at first, especially as one of it’s members Professor Susan Michie, who believes Social distancing and face masks should stay FOREVER…is a self proclaimed communist.
