If you look at his Wiki page you’ll find, among other things that he’s the founder of Krytyka Polityczna (Political Critique), a movement of left-wing intellectuals, artists and activists based in Poland.
In 2005 he was named president of the Stanislaw Brzozowski Association (a Marxist).
He’s a monthly columnist for Project Syndicate (Soros), a senior fellow at the German Council for Foreign Relations, director of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Warsaw…a busy boy.

So does the National Endowment for Democracy…
So, back to his article, I think it’s fair to say it’s garbage…just what you’d expect from a Marxist activist, let’s have a look.
