We are living in an upside down world, in which official narratives are protected by censorship and threats, regime change coups have become normal tools of statecraft, and absurd proclamations from officials have become expected. One example: as U.S. and NATO officials assert that the battle is between "democracies" and "authoritarianism", the democratic votes on Sunday in Serbia and Hungary -- which elected leaders unwilling to submit to European Union decrees -- are rejected, and officials pledge to do more to aid the "democratic forces", which were just soundly defeated by the majority of voters! Whatever happened to democracy and sovereignty!?!?!?
