Truly, truly, truly outrageous ๐โจ
Hey peach,
How you getting on? Fabulously, I hope.
First up, celebrations are in order โ this newsletter is two years old! If you've been signed up since day one, you're my favourite. If you've only recently signed up...you're also my favourite. Thanks for reading. You're a real one ๐ซถ๐ป
Now, let's talk 'desk bling'...
I get asked about crystals and gemstones all the time, usually by people who have come into possession of an unidentified tumblestone or mysterious crystal cluster.
So, allow me to formally assist!
I use gems and crystals a lot for work. Mostly because they're a simple form of 'magick' and are easy to keep on a desk, in a pencil case, or wear as jewellery.
Crystals are believed to interact with your body's energy field to promote healing in the body, mind, and soul. They literally power clocks and machines, guys. Who says they can't work for you?!
But, if you don't believe a lick of it (and no shade if you don't), you've got yourself a very pretty psychological placebo!
If you wanna get deep into using crystals, you'll need to know how to cleanse, charge, and programme them before use. For more intel on that, you can cross my palm with silver (A.K.A download my ยฃ3 eBook) or Google it.
If you're happy paddling in the crystalline shallows, scroll on down! I've made a cute little index of gemstones and crystals for writers and creative types.
I strongly urge you to sing the Jem theme song as you make your selection. It's not strictly necessary but the subject line doesn't really make sense without it. And that's on me.

๐ฎ Freelance focus: resourcefulness with the Two of Pentacles
Are things feeling a bit hectic, babe? Maybe you're prone to overdelivering on client jobs, or you've taken on extra responsibility to show you're a team player? Maybe it's bills you're juggling?
However this card manifests for you in your writing career over the next month, the message is clear. Ya gotta be adaptable. I know, I know. Flexibility is horrible when you're the one making concessions. But trust me โ things will come back into balance soon. Until then, be the bough that bends, not the one that breaks!
