Word Space
Applications for Word Space 2025-26 are now open. Chris has kindly brought it to my attention, he’s done it before and would be happy to answer qs about the experience (drop me a line and I’ll pass along!). Here’s the copy from Literature Works:
We are delighted to announce that applications are now open to join our annual online talent development programme for creative writing of all kinds, Word Space.
Word Space will support a group of writers from across the South West to develop their work through mentoring from established writers, peer support, industry insight, advice sessions with Literature Works staff, and access to a growing network of writers.
Word Space is for developing practitioners who are serious about their work and ready to take it to the next level. The year long programme is a brilliant opportunity to develop your writing and support your personal writing goals. You can read about our current Word Space cohort and mentors here.
Submissions are open now, closing at midday on Friday 31st January. Download the application pack via our website here and learn more about the programme and our partners at one of our Word Space open briefing sessions here.
We look forward to receiving your application.
