The Bi Pod Bulletin - April 2025
New Patreon Offering!
This month, we’ve rolled out a brand new monthly Patreon offering: The Rec List. Every month, we’ll send our paid subscribers a short list of recommendations for content we’ve been loving. You can find a preview of April’s Rec List at the bottom of this newsletter!
The Podcast
We’re on a break this month, but we will be back in your feeds next month with some new episodes. In the meantime, make sure you’re all caught up on our back catalog (including our Patreon-exclusive episodes!).
Merch Announcement!
We have a new Ko-Fi shop! You can now support the show and browse cool zines, stickers, and other goodies over at https://ko-fi.com/thebipod/shop
The Big Gay Internet
Here’s a great emo rendition of Chappell Roan’s Hot 2 Go.
In Other News
You can find exclusive episodes, playlists, and other goodies on our Patreon! We are an ad-free, community supported podcast, and our patrons make this show possible. We use an accessibility pricing model, and subscription options start at $2 per month.
Christina’s new poetry chapbook, The Ways I Tried to Call You Home, is available now! You can get your copy (along with other fun merch) in our Ko-Fi shop!
You can get your own copy of Open Concept Agenda, Evan’s anti-toxic planner, here: openconceptagenda.etsy.com

Lex Croucher's "Not for the Faint of Heart"
I have rec’d Lex Croucher’s books on the show before and I am pleased to say that their newest one is excellent! Not for the Faint of Heart is a Robin Hood sequel/reimagining about Robin’s granddaughter and the healer she… ahem, apprehends… as part of very official Merry Men business. Excellent ensemble, cute love story, thoughtful engagement with trauma and self-involved parents. Great as an audiobook! - Evan
Caroline Kingsbury
I’ve been obsessed with Caroline Kingsbury’s EP I Really Don’t Care for some time now (Our House is the First Song on my book playlist!). I got to see her open for PomPom Squad last month and meet her after the show, and she was so cool and kind! She’s playing Lollapalooza this year, and I feel confident she is the next Chappell Roan. You heard it here first! - Christina
Before You Go...
