I’m Rachel, your friendly neighborhood pirate captain. I guide curious people and their organizations to dance with uncertainty and change.

Sometimes that means leading cultural organizations through the delicate choreography of inventing bold new programs or sunsetting tired old ones. Sometimes it’s rallying independent thinkers in my membership community, CARE (the Consortium of Arts Related Entrepreneurs), or my small-group program, Wayfinder, which will transform your relationship to uncertainty.

Always, it’s about helping folks chart their own courses into unknown waters with greater confidence and ease.
