happy to be in a frame of mind that i can begin thinking about making this monthly newsletter monthly!…

now seems a good time because i am working on a new project!… i want to make an artist handmade book about my trans feminine journey… the working title is “dancing in the yinyang garden of intimacy”… and, i have opened up a new substack channel with that same title where i will be posting writings and notes related to my journey and book project…

check out the inaugural post!… a fable about man and woman… or is it a myth?… anyway, i wrote it and it has a lot to do with the coexistence of my masculine and feminine and what might make the world a better place…

and then there is the truth of me, which is something i wrote about three years ago, shortly before i bought my first tube of lipstick, which was the day i began to fully accept and express where i was heading… in the truth of me i state it openly, but am still in a little bit of denial as i claim that my fantasies are enough!… yah, no…

and just yesterday i published researching Carl Jung… which talks about my exploration of Jung’s thinking about the role of mandalas… i have a series of photographs titled circular meditations… this series used to be titled everyday mandalas, but as i learned more about mandalas and Jung’s thinking about them i realized that my circular meditations lacked the complexity and richness of symbolism in most mandalas… even so, in revisiting this work, much of which was produced prior to first-tube-of-lipstick day, i began to wonder whether it was a sign that a change was coming… read more about that on substack…

right now this substack stream is free subscription… i am trying to post to it every week or two… i will also be posting notes to it (for those unfamiliar with substack, those are like micro blog posts and conversational)… i also plan to develop a support my journey and book project paid subscription level and what i am thinking is that i will make prints of photographs i plan to put in the book, and maybe some outtakes, available to paid subscribers… they will be inputs only available to subscribers and you will have to email me an address i can send them to… i will probably have other reward thoughts and possibilities as i go…
