How to Protect Your Property - Sign of the Times

It seems that the Government, Courts, Corporations, Councils and debt Collectors all have one thing on their mind and that is to capture as much of you money and property as possible. They're sneaky about it too, with their Automatic Number Plate Recognition camera that are pervasive across the UK. Even ordinary scum bag debt collectors drive around in vans with ANPR cameras that will automatically alert them to a "wanted" car. This alert will then prompt them to clamp your car even if it's on your private driveway!
The point is that they rely on our lack of knowledge in all things "legal" and in the processes that must be followed properly to allow your possessions to be legally and lawfully taken from you to "pay a debt".

Does a Debt Collector have any power?
The short answer is NO! they don't really have any power UNLESS you allow them to have it.
Will a debt collector lie to you? YES of course they will, what's one more lie in a sea of fraud? Things like "I have a court warrant" or "we're working on behalf of..." or "I don't have to tell you who I am..." etc are all lies.
These people (the scum bags) get their power from you, or more correctly from your acquiescence when you don't have the knowledge to fully rebut what they've said. Any sign of "weakness" and they'll steam roller over you.
It's often said that "Knowledge is Power" and th=o a great extent that is the case. When you're fully aware of ALL of your rights, legal, lawful and inalienable, then you'll stand head and shoulders above their deception.
Knowing what to say, the questions to ask and the case law to use in a given situation is all important.
Like a physicians Oath "First, do no harm", YOU MUST remember "FIRST DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS", but rather in reply to a question YOU must ask a question. This puts you in a position of power.
We should all practice the ART of the NON-Answer. Whenever you're faced with a "bully in black", leave the fear behind and start asking questions.
Who are you?
Why are you here?
Are you a Police Constable? - Show me your warrant Card!
Are you, "constable" here on your constables oath today?
Can you prove that I, [first name], a living wo/man owe the debt in question?
Can we agree that I am a living breathing, flesh and blood wo/man?
Where is the contract between the parties?
All of these questions can be asked softly and calmly and in a non-confrontational way. Meaning that you'll appear to be completely reasonable while not answering a single one of their questions. These people will most likely try to get you to say your name although this is a TRAP they want to to fall for. you see there is no way in the spoken work to say your name in lower case. If it's unavoidable to give your name then it's better to hand the other party a written out name like:
:First-middle: Last.
Which is then unmistakably a FACT rather than a legal fiction as in:
FIRST MIDDLE LAST
Traps are everywhere and most of us fall into them too easily due to the decades of indoctrination and brainwashing leading us to "respect authority" so long as it's in a uniform of some sort.
These days it seems that anyone in a high-viz jacket, black, trousers and military style boots and a stab-vest thinks they have power and authority over us.
These are the "Bullies in Black" I have referred to earlier, but in reality they have NO AUTHORITY at all.
Protection from The Bullies
At the meeting on Monday 27th November 2023 I showed some "private property" and "Liability" notices suitable for attachment to your entrances on the outside of building and gates. Had composite signs with engraves wording and suggested that it'd be a good idea to have some of these if you're concerned about unwanted visitors to your home.
Significant interest was shown and "orders" placed. I've been in contact with Jackie, who manufactures the signs and the good news is that Jackie will be attending our meeting on Monday 4th December 2023 and will bring and batch of ALL of the signs including car stickers, hard composite signs and some for the inside of windows. Bring Cash if you can, the hard signs are £3 each.
Having these signs at your entrances allows you to demonstrate that you're not one of the ignorant people who are easy prey fro the bullies to get money out of.
The signs show that you're aware of the fraud and are not willing to put up with it any longer.
These also afford you the opportunity to point out the signs and have the trespassers read them, putting them with the full knowledge that they are trespassing and now commit a criminal offence by remaining on your property. Asking them to leave three times, and they still remain, turns their simple trespass into aggravated Trespass carrying a heavier punishment.
Be Prepared
Certainly having the No Trespassing and Liability notices clearly visible at all your entrance points is a good way to let people know not to come and bother you BUT this is probably not enough as most of the "Bullies in Black" will ignore the signs. So you need to have a set of "Scripts" and reminders by your door so that whoever comes a knocking you'll have a prepared set of words to say.
Remember you'll be asking ALL the questions like "Have you read the no trespass signs?" and "Do you have an appointment?".
