Council Tax Legal Remedy and TECA
Hi
At the last L.A.W. meeting we spoke about a new "Legal Remedy" being provided by The Sovereign Project in association with Richard Vobes.
I've now had a chance to review the paperwork provided and can say that this looks like it's a good route for ALL of us to take.
It does not replace the Chris Coverdale Solution of the Conditional Private Trust where you "legally" pay the Council Tax and hold it in trust for the sole beneficiary, the Council, and await their response to the requirement for them to provide the evidence that the money paid does not and will not go to pay for armaments, funding war, genocide or terrorism.
These things are covered by UK legislation as well as international law and if you are found to have been helping to fund terrorism, you could be in very hot water indeed.
The Legal Remedy on the other hand is a set of documents that detail the illegal activities of every council employee who contacts you, promotes the collection of Council Tax and anyone who tries to collect the money under threat of detrimental action against you.
There is a template NOTICE OF INTEREST spelling out the illegal activities and requiring them to stop with immediate effect.
How successful are these approaches?
As I have said many times, we will not prevent criminals from doing criminal things simply by sending a notice.
Have a successful outcome means to many that the Council NEVER get your money. After all that is the idea of withholding the Council Tax in the first place.
The Trust approach is, I feel, a safer approach as you have evidence that you've "PAID" if the Criminal Council Employees push it as far as going to Court. At least then your main "defence" is to show the evidence of payment and the correctly completed Trust Deeds and Cheque for the full amount just waiting for the Council to fulfil their obligations under the Conditional Trust Deed.
The Notice Of Interest route will run along side the Trust process and add weight to your overall argument that they are all acting against current UK legislation and International Law.
Obviously, there is strength in numbers so I encourage every one to send a notice of interest (I'll supply the template) to the Council (a named person) and to press the matter fully home.
Let me know on Monday what you think about the Sovereign Project Council Tax Remedy.
The English Counties Assembly (TECA)
As you'll know I was sent the initial sign up forms last week and showed them around the group on Monday evening. Clearly there were many questions that needed answers.
I've been in communication with Stephen the TECA Co-Ordinator and asked these questions and suggested some amendments to the forms that would clarify elements of the forms. I have also been informed that the two documents shown at last Mondays meeting are the "Minimum Documents" needed to join TECA. I've been told that there are a further forms needed depending on individuals circumstances. A further eight was a number of forms mentioned.
Stephen has made me aware that he is extremely busy and that he has to deal with counties all over England so we will just have to be patient.
No updates to forms look likely in the near future and on that basis I've decided to just wait for TECA and Stephen to make progress when they can.
See you all on Monday from 6:30pm
