Bailiffs/Police at your door? READ THIS!

Hi

Following on from the excellent meeting yesterday evening at The Royal Oak L.A.W. I wanted to cover a question that was asked about being faced with bailiffs at your door and becoming somewhat flustered by the event of essentially being "mugged" at your own home.

What can you say and or do to hold these bullies at bay?

Here is a link to a document that you should keep by your front door as a quick reference guide. "How to deal with Bailiffs at your door.pdf"

This deals with Bailiffs and Debt Collectors, however, you also might need to know what to say / ask of Police.

How to deal with Police

First of all, remain calm and polite and ALWAYS address the Police man or Police woman as CONSTABLE no matter what their "rank" might be. The are ALL Police Constables.

Next ask to see their "Warrant Card" which has their constables oath printed on the back.

Then ask if they're operating under their CONSTABLES OATH; note that they take multiple oaths so it's important to ask about the constables oath.

So, you'll say something like:

Hello CONSTABLE, can I see your warrant card please?

you might need to ask that 3 times as it does confirm that they're operating as a Police Constable and not an OFFICER (policy enforcer) which is a very important distinction.

Once you've seen their warrant card and confirmed that each Police person in attendance has shown theirs to you, you can move on to asking more questions.

Now, CONSTABLE are you here to uphold the law and to keep the peace today without fear of favour?

They will definitely try to avoid that answer but you need to persist and make them answer it. Asking THREE TIMES without an answer from them, you are legally allowed to answer for them! Unless they rebut your answer / assertion then they accept it by their silence on the matter.

These are difficult things to do especially when faced with the bullying tactics they use to coerce us all into compliance.

What is the likely outcome?

If you get this right, you'll most likely see the Police Constables stand back and quietly have a chat with the bailiffs to advise them to leave as YOU clearly know your rights and are very aware of the law.

The Bailiffs will then leave BUT that's not the end of it! They will return at some point in the future and you'll have to go through your scripted responses and questions once again.

I hope that this is all helpful in your journey to freedom. Keep in mind that YOU need to be responsible for your own actions, always act in honour and without violence.

See you all next Monday...
