I. Self-Care Tip: WHO: Self Care Month 2026
In closing, please note that establishing a professional self-care regime is also recommended during your time with us. Therefore, keep in mind:
Downtime is not weakness. It’s a necessity for the body and mind to repair itself.
Sleep-deprivation is not sustainable. Eventually, the body will veto your schedule without your input.
We are more than our careers. Your career should compliment your life, not swallow it.
This weekend, do something that fun & relaxing. ❤
-The Simuka Africa Team
May hope, peace & unity be with you.
