A rule is not an outcome.
Vibe editing got cheap. Contract language got real. Enforcement still has to show up in March.

Rob here. Video used to mean hours on a timeline after the idea was already finished. This week I watched someone describe the cut and let the machine execute. If a model can take most of that work, anyone who can record can ship a video they would have skipped.
Alex walked through vibe editing with a model inside DaVinci. The clip is on the report page. Same shape as the rest of the week. Capability jumped. The interesting part is still what happens after the announcement. Watch the walkthrough.

Question to carry: Kansas receives its draft instructional-technology policy this month with action pushed to October or later. When it lands, will it name who enforces it in the seventh month, or will it name only what is prohibited in the first? The agentic checkpoint is in the full report, not here.

If this is useful, forward it to one school-system leader who would rather read the signal than the noise.
