As I mentioned last week, the main character, and all characters, places, and events in this book are made up. Any references to real people and places (and drinks!) are fictionally represented but intentionally recognizable. 

Chapter Two: Whiskey Soda

Rosalie’s is not a destination for wine. They have wine, but, from Eve’s point of view, nothing worth the calories. It’s also no place for cocktails unless it’s old school Irish coffee (they do it properly with a shot of whiskey, hand-whipped cream, and sugar) or spirit mixed with something out of the soda gun.
