Apologies for the longer than usual silence. It’s been an eventful couple of weeks with Bar Convent Brooklyn in town (and I’m still processing some intense conversations of the “will all be OK, right?” variety), and subsequent catchup on side projects.

I plan to write more later this week. I’m attending an event tonight that isn’t directly part of the booze/culinary world and very much out of my comfort zone. I’m sure there will be more to say about that later in the week.

Meantime, I want to take a moment to thank all of my subscribers for their patience and continued support. I just had a birthday, and it means so much to me, like that and a pretty view. Times are tough and I appreciate that newsletter subscriptions are a bit extra. Every bit helps!
