Roguelike Celebration 2022 - Thanks for another great year!
🎊 Another year gone by! Thank you to everyone who turned out and made Roguelike Celebration 2022 a success! We had a wonderful time sharing the space with every rat bard and spreadsheet criminal who graced our digital halls, and our brains are still digesting all those new ideas. The split up videos for all this year’s talks will be up shortly on our YouTube channel, so keep an eye out for those and make sure to share your favourites!
🧦 We still have merch! If you haven’t picked up this year’s swag, it’s not too late! Shirts, enamel pins, a handful of leftover mousepads, and of course the best thing about printing on demand is that it’s impossible to run out of socks - so fill up your boots until Sunday, November 13th, when we’ll close this year’s order.
📝 We love data! If you attended this year, you should’ve received a post-conference survey from Eventbrite. If you haven’t filled that out, you can find it here. We really appreciate you taking the time to share a bit about what worked or didn’t work, since that’s how we can keep making the conference better each year!
To that end, if you didn’t attend the conference this year we have a very short survey asking a bit about why! We know that time is often just short to come by, but if there’s anything we could consider improving for next year, we’d love to hear it.
🧙♀️ Volunteering! The organizing team is transitioning back into our yearly hibernation before we emerge in the spring to start planning next year’s conference… but it’s never too early to let us know if you’d like to try being a part of that planning! Volunteering can be as big as owning something like merch, or as small as helping us send a few emails. We’re very flexible, so if you’re interested in seeing what it’s like behind the scenes and potentially helping out, just send us an email and we’ll put you on the list to reach out around January.
