Thirty-Eight and Thirteen
Hello, Readers All,
Thanks to the trusty analytics tool I check once a week, I see that 38 of you opened last week's cheater of a newsletter (no new stories) and that 13 of you decided there was something there worth reading. Thirteen! My lucky number! The rest of the online world only considers thousands and tens of thousands of views/reads/clicks to be worth mentioning. NOT ME! THIRTEEN PEOPLE READ SOME OF MY STORIES LAST WEEK!
A curious thing happened out in Black Rock City about three weeks ago. People in my camp talked about stuff I'd written. They'd read some of my stories. They LIKED them!
And suddenly to me, thirteen readers is a BFD! So, big sloppy thank you's to the 13 and a hearty high five to the 38 and let's see if I did better with the work this week, shall we?
