"Graceless" Update and MORE!
Hello, Readers All,
If you didn't miss me, I sure missed you! The four-year habit of a Sunday night chance to get together was hard to let go of even for a month.
First, I'm taking a cue from Amanda Palmer (formerly of Dresden Dolls) who streams her music for free and lets fans decide if they believe her work is worth some financial support. So, if you appreciate what I do - if you think it is a valuable contribution to the human experiment on the planet - this work - this writing - please consider hitting the blue link at the bottom to subscribe at the premium level. And now about "Graceless".
First order of business, all premium subscribers will get a signed copy of the book when it's finally published.
Which brings me to the update.
The suggestions made by my editor in Toronto included loads of praise and even more solid direction for improving the book. In fact, he noted that increasing the drama and tension would easily allow for another 10,000 words and that would put "Graceless" into novel territory.
So I have a lot of work to do and will need to set aside the fun stuff on Medium and Newsbreak in order to concentrate on "Graceless". Soon.
But for now I've got some new "fun" stuff to share. I use the word fun loosely.

Chances are very good that most people haven't seen the video posted here. However, let’s just imagine for a moment that a march happened in October 2020 in Moscow that featured a huge White Lives Matter banner and angry people burning Ukrainian and Rainbow flags. It's safe to say that there would be wall-to-wall coverage on the front pages of every major newspaper across the United States and Western Europe.

Let's start with the bit that will get skipped or ignored but has to be said regardless, I'm obviously NOT talking about all straight men. Got that?. After all, not ALL the straight men in this world are emotionally stunted, seething women-hating, walking talking time bombs just waiting for that jerk ahead of him to not use his turn signal.
From my talented partner in life and art, we simply must revisit Ukraine where so many of our tax dollars go to die along with many Ukrainians.
