Good News, Bad News, Good news
Hey there, Readers All,
You may or may not have noticed that I've dropped back to three new stories weekly instead of four. I'm still writing four and five new pieces each week but thought maybe I was overloading things a bit here. If you want me to go back to four new stories weekly, let me know.

I was contacted by the editor of another writing platform asking to republish a piece that's doing remarkably well on Medium. Hell to the yes and thank you!

The notification no tenant wants to get. “Starting on the first day of next month all leasing and maintenance-related matters will be overseen by new management.” Tenants know what’s next: No improvements and plenty of confusion.
My partner in life and art, AleXander (who is working tonight on composing music to go with a cool new video he created), is back to wordsmithery, and here's his new piece.
