Change is..........well, change
Hello, Readers All,
When I totally spaced on getting the newsletter out last Tuesday night and then forgot it again the next day I decided, with a little help from AleXander, that the time had come for a change. Supposedly, emails arriving in many inboxes around 11am Monday are more likely to get opened and read and, wth, I’ll give it a try.
That also gave me extra time to write more cool stuff so I’d have a wider choice of things to share here. See? Always an upside.
There’s something really dangerous going on in this city, around the country and even the world. It’s as if we’re all third-graders who weren’t allowed out at recess for three weeks and now we’re ready to tear it up. Everyone wants a haircut and to go to the beach. What is the MATTER with you people?

Wasn’t that pandemic thing such a total drag?
After a month of nightly chaos and noise, we seem to have hit a lull. Tonight? Almost no fireworks to be heard and I’m sure that Audrey, the yorkie in 5A, is relieved. I should be, but weirdly, I’m not.

As the months wear on with no job possibilities in sight, I realize that I’ve become very comfortable with this leisurely lifestyle. I’m not saying that I can’t be bribed to resume my alternate existence as a corporate wage slave, but it’s going to have to come with a decent income, health care insurance (because our hero, Mr. Biden, has already said that Medicare For All is DOA in his presumed administration), and a 401(k). Is that too much to ask? Well, then here’s my answer.
