I can't believe it?!
I can’t believe it, friend. In the final day of the Kickstarter, we raised $46,000 and got 1,200 new backers. This is INCREDIBLE (and means Sandeep and I are going to spend a VERY LONG TIME shouting out every single backer name on a livestream… stay tuned for that schedule). And it’s all thanks to YOU.
This isn’t just a Kickstarter project and film to me. It’s an opportunity to tell a story that I haven’t seen on film before, about my grandparents and food and scammer Hindu priests. It’s an opportunity to work with the wonderful Sandeep Parikh, who I’ve had the pleasure of playing alongside with on Desiquest, but have gotten to fully collaborate with!
