Hello dear Ink Villager!

Here I am, just making sure you’re getting and using the perks of Ink Village. I know how easy it is to join something and then forget to go over and do anything with it (oh, so easy).

So if it’s been a while since you’ve written with us or come to visit, here are some NEW THINGS for you to know!

⏰ ACTION NEEDED: All you have to do is fill out THIS FORM so I can put you on the list that sends the Zoom link, etc.

For those on the Garden path and up (levels are here, change anytime), it can be hard to remember to look in Slack for Ink Village updates, but here are a few ways to get yourself there (so you can see your friends writing, struggling, and then triumphantly writing again).

Are you feeling behind? Try this!

1. Log in and mark all messages as Read. Declare Slack bankruptcy and start over. (You never have to keep up. There is no homework. You can’t get any of this wrong. Ever.) 

2. Put Slack on your phone so you can check in when you get tired of scrolling. 

3. Email me if you can’t get into the Slack. That happens! 

4. Stuck? Ask questions in our Questions channel! I’ll answer in the Town Crier, our weekly private Q and A that’s JUST for us. Please use me for this. I love it.

If you’re on the Cottage level or higher and you haven’t sent me words to edit in a while? Fear not. You still can. Send ‘em along when you have them.

Use me for this, too. It’s why I’m here. To help you.
