Then I will gasp and wheeze and fire up my US phone (which I keep for emergencies like this that I never dreamed might happen) and I will call your store and tell them all about you.
Then, in a couple of days when it comes in, they’ll call you and you’ll go buy it. That’s it. How fun is that?
Okay, I both think it is fun and it also makes me want to die. PHONE CALLS? In this economy? (This is the heart-pounding part. Because my heart will be going double time.) But also, I like to talk to booksellers!

Your local library
Call or email them and ask for Unstuck in any of the three formats, ebook, paperback, or audiobook. Or use your Libby or Overdrive app to request it! This is seriously one of the top two ways you can support authors you love (the other way is to leave an honest review). Order it even if you already have it! Every time you do, a baby author gets her first fountain pen!

Just kidding, this one will take a while. But someday, as people clear out attics, Unstuck will land in little free libraries, and I adore that. Once I saw a battered Fiona’s Flame in a busstop free library here in Wellington, and I almost died of happiness. I can’t explain why it’s so joyful, but it IS.
