🤺 Getting Unstuck Means Being Brave
Hello!
I've been doing something VERY fun with my podcast this week, interviewing some of my favorite creative people on how they've gotten themselves into very sticky traps, and how they got out of them.
So far I've talked to Joanna Penn, Becca Syme, Monna McDiarmid, and Sacha Black, with about ten more to come. Every single person I've talked to so far has said a version of the same thing:
Getting unstuck means being brave. And being brave just means taking a very, very, very small action toward a new outcome. (And it's never easy.)
You can listen to Ink In Your Veins anywhere podcasts are distributed or watch here on YouTube!
BONUS: A whole chapter from the audiobook (about getting rid of clutter and STUFF) just went up (including a tongue-twister blooper incident):

Kickstarter Update
We hit the $10,000 stretch goal! (Did I think we would? No! Am I even more gobsmacked? Always, yes).
Which means: I'm going to hire one of my favorite artists to draw a family portrait of me, Lala, and our dog Junebug. This will go in each copy of the book!
The fun part is that I'm asking backers to decide what we'll be DOING in that family portrait! If you've already backed, please look for the update post with the link to click to give me suggestions, and soon I'll send a poll around so the backers can choose! (There's still time to jump in if you haven't backed the Kickstarter yet!)
Next Stretch Goal: Bonus epilogue at $15,000 - we're so close we just might make it! Just 12 days to go!
Would you consider sending this email to a friend who might need some unsticking, perhaps?
I'm cheering for you in YOUR unstuckitude ventures,
love,
❤️ Rachael
PS - From that chapter of the audiobook, above, I give you the Anaïs Nin quote: “Life shrinks or expands according to one’s courage.” Do you want your life to shrink or expand? (It's the latter. You're still reading this, so this I know. Good job, you. You can do it.)
