Dagnarb it!

Broken things, fixed

I’ve gotten a bunch of emails from people wanting to join Ink Village (which includes the Junkyard online writing retreat!) but my website was down.

It’s now fixed!

Ink Village is HERE

(and all levels come with a free two-week trial).

Also! Reader Raye reminded me of another reason writing on Zoom works: body doubling! As a card-carrying AuDHD gal, I should have remembered this one!

While new research is still being done on the why behind how well body doubling works, older research points to things like social facilitation (performance improves when around other people doing the same thing) and the Hawthorne effect (behavior changes when being observed). Thanks, Raye!

Here’s hoping your computer is running like a happy baby hippo (they’re so fast!) and that all your words flow!

Onward!
