🏳️‍⚧️🚻⚖️ On Tuesday, a federal judge temporarily blocked parts of Idaho’s law criminalizing trans people who use bathrooms consistent with their gender identity, saying that the law is likely to be arbitrarily enforced. Trans people in Idaho may continue to use such restrooms, but only if it is a single-user restroom or if no single-user restrooms are available. The ruling does not block the portion of the law regulating changing rooms or locker rooms.

🏳️‍⚧️⚕️ On Monday, Children's Hospital of Colorado said they would resume gender-affirming care for trans youth. However, the hospital stated in the same announcement that all of the doctors at their gender clinic have now refused to provide the care, fearing criminal charges or losing their licenses due to federal retaliation.
