🏳️⚧️⚕️⚖️ On Thursday, a federal judge in California issued a preliminary injunction against the Department of Justice’s subpoena of Children’s Hospital Stanford, which demanded that the hospital turn over the confidential medical records of trans people who received gender-affirming care as minors.

🏳️⚧️🏛️ On June 23rd, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission informed a trans teacher in writing via email that the agency will drop his workplace discrimination case because the agency is no longer pursuing investigations of anti-trans discrimination due to an order from their chain of command.
