π³οΈβπβοΈ On June 9th, a federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against the withholding of federal funds for several LGBTQ+ and HIV-related nonprofits. On Tuesday, Lambda Legal said announced that all funds withheld from the plaintiffs have been restored.Β

π³οΈββ§οΈπ A change in ICE policy for trans detainees announced in April is reportedly to begin taking effect at ICE contracting facilities. The new policy requires trans detainees to be held in facilities of their sex assigned at birth, restricts access to hormone therapy, and ends required staff training on trans sensitivity.
