🏳️🌈⚖️ On June 9th, a federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against the withholding of federal funds for several LGBTQ+ and HIV-related nonprofits. On Tuesday, Lambda Legal said announced that all funds withheld from the plaintiffs have been restored.

🏳️⚧️⚕️ Research published on Wednesday found that 21% of trans, nonbinary, and intersex individuals anticipated suicidal ideation if their access to gender-affirming care was restricted, and 32% said they would consider do-it-yourself hormone therapy.

<p>The U.S. Senate and the Trump administration have agreed to exempt the global AIDS-fighting program.</p>
🏳️⚧️🚔 A change in ICE policy for trans detainees announced in April is reportedly to begin taking effect at ICE contracting facilities. The new policy requires trans detainees to be held in facilities of their sex assigned at birth, restricts access to hormone therapy, and ends required staff training on trans sensitivity.

🏳️🌈✊🏿🎓 Michigan State University recently removed references to DEI from several of its websites and instructed each college to revise or remove DEI-related statements from hiring, evaluation, and promotion materials.
