This is what community looks like
Our biggest restock yet, early-access details, LGBTQ+ news worth celebrating, and a new guide to the words that connect us. 💜

Hi QTP Cutie,
We have some good things to share with you this week: our biggest restock yet, and stories of people standing up for LGBTQ+ rights. Plus, we’ve put together a new guide to the many words we use to describe ourselves and our community.
Our largest restock ever is coming!
On November 17 at 8 PM EST, we’re making over 5,000 free gender-affirming items available through Build-a-Queer Kit, including binders, gaffs, packers, breast forms, makeup bundles, health bundles and safety gear.
Kits are claimed quickly! Join our restock notification list to receive a reminder 48 hours before the drop.
Early-access applications now open.
Beginning October 17, BIPOC and disabled community members can apply for priority access.
If selected, you’ll receive a code to shop at 7:15 PM EST on November 17, before the general restock opens. Priority access does not guarantee a kit or specific items.

Help make more moments of affirmation possible 💜
A binder that feels right. A first packer. Makeup that makes someone feel more like themselves. These items can mean so much.
If you’re able to give, your donation helps us provide free gender-affirming items through Build-a-Queer Kit and support more people in our community.

Progress, hope and people showing up for us
The difficult headlines deserve our attention, and so do the people defending our rights. Here are a few updates worth sharing this week.
Virginia schools can keep defending trans students in court. A federal appeals court ruled that Fairfax County and Arlington school districts can move forward with lawsuits challenging federal action against their trans-inclusive bathroom policies. The cases are ongoing, but this decision keeps their efforts moving forward.
Advocates are defending health care for incarcerated trans people. Lawyers representing transgender people in federal prisons have asked the Supreme Court to preserve a lower-court order protecting access to gender-affirming care, including hormone therapy. This is an ongoing legal fight to prevent necessary care from being taken away.
Hungary votes to roll back anti-LGBTQ+ restrictions. Lawmakers voted to remove provisions banning LGBTQ+ representation in schools and media accessible to children. Other discriminatory measures remain, but this is a meaningful step toward greater visibility and acceptance.
Ukraine includes LGBTQI+ rights in its new human rights strategy. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved a strategy recognizing LGBTQI+ people as vulnerable to rights violations and setting goals to address discrimination and hate crimes. Implementation still lies ahead, but these commitments put LGBTQI+ rights on the national agenda.
More words for who we are
Our community holds so many identities, histories and intersecting experiences. That’s part of what makes us beautiful.
Our new LGBTQ+ terminology guide explores the language people use to understand themselves, find community and support one another. Whether you’re exploring your identity, supporting someone you love or wanting to better advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, this guide is for you.

Thank you for being part of this community. Whether you’re finding support here or helping someone else find it, you belong.
