QGCon brings together researchers, gamemakers, activists, and fans at the intersection of queer theory, LGBTQ+ issues, and games.

QGCon 2025 will take place on September 26-28 in Montreal, Quebec. We’ve prepared an amazing lineup of speakers, arcade games and activities, and we are so excited to welcome you back for the first in-person QGCon since 2018.

Can't make it in person? QGCon 2025 will be livestreamed, with additional online-only events happening before the conference. 

As always, QGCon is a pay-what-you-wish event, open to the public. In an immensely challenging fundraising landscape, we are relying on ticket sales more than ever this year. If you have institutional funding or spare funds, please consider registering at the institutional funding level, or contribute whatever amount you can through the donation ticketing option.
