Announcing QGCon's Second Keynote
We are so excited to announce our second keynote for QGCon 2025: TreaAndrea Russworm!

TreaAndrea M. Russworm is the Microsoft Endowed Chair and a Professor of Interactive Media and Games in the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California. Russworm is the author of Blackness is Burning and co-editor of Gaming Representation and Theorizing Tyler Perry. She is a Series Editor of the book series Power Play: Games, Politics, Culture (Duke University Press), and she was an inaugural Associate Editor of Outreach and Equity for the Journal of Cinema and Media Studies. Additionally, since 2016 she has served as the founder and director of a community-based game design and research lab, Radical Play.
TreaAndrea is an academic powerhouse who demonstrates her values through her actions and her work. We can't wait to welcome her to Montreal!
