Cub Football - Loyola seeded fourth in Division 6 Southern Section playoffs - Will host Lawndale on Friday

LOYOLA MAKES 48th TRIP TO CIF SOUTHERN SECTION PLAYOFFS - WILL HOST LAWNDALE ON FRIDAY IN FIRST ROUND
This morning Angelus League champion Loyola was assigned to Division 6 of the CIF Southern Section playoffs and was seeded fourth in the division.

The Cubs will host the Pioneer League champion Lawndale Cardinals (6-4, 5-0) at Smith Field in the first round on Friday night at 7:00 p.m.

This marks Loyola’s 48th trip to the Southern Section playoffs dating back to 1945. The Cubs have won 65% of their 117 CIF playoff contests, have won six CIF Division I championships and were CIF runners-up seven times.
