Tolbert twins looking good for University of San Diego
Former Loyola standouts, DANIEL and DAVID TOLBERT '16, have had outstanding seasons for the University of San Diego Tereros. Daniel, a sophomore safety, was named the Pioneer League Defensive Player of the Week after he intercepted two passes, returning the picks a combined 62 yards, in USD's 35-7 victory over Marist on November 18.  See the link below.

Daniel's twin David was instrumental in the Tereros' Football Championship Subdivision first round 41-10 playoff game against Northern Arizona on Saturday as he intercepted a pass in USD's victory over the Lumberjacks. USD plays number two seed North Dakota State in a second round game in Fargo this Saturday.

Former Loyola All-American David Long leads nation in lowest passer rating when targeted
As of November 16, according to Pro Football Focus, University of Michigan sophomore corner back DAVID LONG '16, who was an Army All-American on the Cubs' 2015 squad which finished the campaign with a 9-3 record and number 17 ranking in the state, led the nation in lowest passer rating when targeted.

Loyola grads join together after UCLA vs. USC game on November 18
