Changes With September Fluttering Away
Hello everyone,
This month flew by fast. A few weeks ago, I was back in Miami. Then I flew to New York to visit my older sister and brother-in-law. Divya is due in October with a baby, a boy. Dave is a nice guy, and excited about this new chapter.
Before we left, Dave and Divya paid for bagels for an early lunch. Dave and I sat in the park, talking about business and life. This bird came up, staring at my sandwich. I could tell what it wanted. When it realized I was going to gobble up the bagels and eggs, it hopped away.
A lot of changes are coming. Having a nephew, and a niece later on in January since my older brother and his wife are also expecting a baby, is exciting and scary. I hope I can live up to being the cool aunt, while still writing.
October does happen to be my favorite month, with Halloween coming up. Here is to it being chill and fun!
