21 Years of A Working Oven

Our family oven has decided to give up the ghost. I realized something was wrong when it was taking a while to heat up dinner, shortly after we hosted everyone. We had to get a repair estimate, finding out the heating elements had burned out. Last night, the final burnout happened, with several sparks. Fingers crossed that when the heating elements are replaced that it will work again.
But what if it doesn’t?
Twenty-one years is a long time for an oven. It has made croissants from the Pillsbury can, different types of pizza that were gluten-free and yeast-free, birthday cakes, cookies, and baked lasagna in several cases. The last thing we made was roasted cauliflower, carrots and peas for dinner. It was a good meal.
