The Autumn Programme at Neuro Central
Hello All
I have enjoyed the break over the last couple of months, and the warm weather that we have had this year. I hope that you too have had an enjoyable summer and it hasn’t been too hot for you. However, as the nights begin to draw in, it’s time to think about starting our autumn programme. This begins on Monday 01 September and will take us through to December. In this email, you will find details of our meetings in the remainder of August and dates for your diary in September.
We have two more online events in August, both next Thursday:
Thursday 28 August at 10:30 am by Zoom
Neuro Physio exercise classes with Katy Page - mainly seated exercises, tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.

This exercise class will continue each week into the autumn on Thursday at 10:30 am.
Thursday 28 August from 6:30 pm
Monthly Mindfulness session by Zoom - Join us online for our Monthly Mindfulness top-up with Adrienne Hannah - leave those stresses behind you and learn how to be Mindful rather than Mind Full!
This monthly session is an opportunity for those who have attended a mindfulness course to keep in touch with their practice, and for new members to learn how to still their busy mind.

And then we look forward to restarting our in-person meetings. These will be on:
Monday 01 September and Monday 15 September at Stirling County Cricket Club from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
and
Wednesday 10 September at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients in Auchterarder from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Unfortunately we cannot hold a Perth meeting in September, but we plan for one on the first Friday in October. There will be more details as they become available.
And a very advanced notice for your diaries. We will be holding the AGM on Monday 20 October at 11:00 am in Stirling and Online. This will be at the beginning of the regular session on the third Monday of the month at Stirling County Cricket Club. We also aim to give access to the AGM by Zoom for those of you unable to attend in person.
Our events this year continue to be supported by Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire Community's Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, Perth and Kinross Whole Family Wellbeing Fund, and Perth Community Investment Fund.
I need to add a note here about how this message is being sent to you. We have been using Outlook email. This though has been rejecting many emails sent to a @gmail.com address. In an attempt to avoid this, we are using a mailing system called Buttondown. It also has the added advantage of providing a one-click option to unsubscribe which is now a requirement.
