These are the meetings week beginning 01/12/202

It’s a busy week as we all get ready for Christmas.

Monday 01st December at 1100 am till 1.00 pm - meeting up in person at Stirling County Cricket Club. The regular session on the first Monday of the month We are to be entertained by Brian Summers on his keyboard. We're also starting the run up to Christmas so there will be mince pies along with the usual refreshments, therapies and raffle.

Neuro Physio exercise classes with Katy Page – at 1030 on Thursday, 4th December via Zoom.

- mainly seated exercises tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.

4th December: The first-Friday meet up in Perth at Bowerswell House at 1:30-2:30 PM

it’ll be the last meeting of the year in Perth. We will be having a buffet therapists podiatrist and special raffle (donations of prizes welcome). We will also have a chat about where the Perth sessions go over the next year.

Come along and meet with others who have a neurological condition, and join in with the usual chat, therapies and podiatry, and refreshments.
