Neuro Central meetings for week starting 30/03/2026
Hello All
These are the meetings for the week beginning Monday 30 March 2026.
Monday 30 March at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm - meeting up in person at Stirling County Cricket Club
The replaces our regular session on the first Monday of the month for April – a clash with the Easter weekend means we have brought this meeting forward a week. We will be marking the season and there will be chocolate. There will also be the usual therapies and foot care, along with chat and refreshments. And we will have our monthly raffle. It would be most welcome if you are able to bring something as a prize.
Thursday 02 April at 10:30 am by Zoom
Neuro Physio exercise classes with Katy Page – seated exercises, tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.
The class is held over Zoom and you can join with this link:

Meeting ID: 825 2774 1677 : Passcode: 893117)
As always, if you need any help with Zoom, email back to me and we'll get in touch.
I remind you that the Perth meeting that would normally be held on the first Friday in April has been moved, again because of the clash with the Easter weekend. It is now being held the previous week on Friday 27 March at the later time of 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Bowerswell House.
We are still concerned to keep our members safe at meetings. Since they tend to have conditions that can make them vulnerable to viruses, we ask you to take appropriate precautions to protect both yourself and others at in-person meetings. In particular, if you don't feel well, please stay at home.
Please join us for all or any of these. You can find these, and our future events, on the Calendar of Events on our website. All our events are open to anyone who is a member of Neuro Central. The only travel limitation on the in-person events is whether you can get there. Directions to our meeting places are on our website.
Our events this year are being supported by Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire Community's Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, Perth Community Investment Fund, and M&G (Stirling) Community Grant.
Best wishes
Paul
