I have to start with a meeting that unfortunately will not be taking place. The meeting planned at the Edukacyjne Centrum Bajka in Perth on Friday 29 May 2026 has had to be cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances. We apologise for this and will let you know of future planned meetings.

Mindfulness session with Adrienne Hannah - leave those stresses behind you and learn how to be Mindful rather than Mind Full! This monthly session is an opportunity for those who have attended a mindfulness course to keep in touch with their practice, and for new members to learn how to still their busy mind.
