Monday 16 March at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm - meeting up in person at Stirling County Cricket Club 
The regular session on the third Monday of the month – take two hours out to come along, relax, have a chat, a therapy, and some refreshments.

Neuro Physio exercise classes with Katy Page – seated exercises, tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.

Early notice of a change to the Perth meeting - because the first Friday in April is Good Friday, the next meeting in Perth is being brough forward to Friday 27 March. This is a one-off and future meetings will revert to the first Friday in the month. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and trust you understand the reason behind it.

We are still concerned to keep our members safe at meetings. Since they tend to have conditions that can make them vulnerable to viruses, we ask you to take appropriate precautions to protect both yourself and others at in-person meetings. In particular, if you don't feel well, please stay at home.

Please join us for all or any of these. You can find these, and our future events, on the Calendar of Events on our website. All our events are open to anyone who is a member of Neuro Central. The only travel limitation on the in-person events is whether you can get there. Directions to our meeting places are on our website.
