Neuro Physio exercise classes with Katy Page – we have mainly-seated exercises, tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.

The only travel limitation on the in-person events is whether you can get there. Directions are on our website.

A reminder that the next meeting at Stirling County Cricket Club on Monday 20 October 2025 will include the AGM. This will be an in-person event and we plan also to make it available over Zoom. Full details of the meeting will be sent to Neuro Central members.
