Because of the way things have worked out this month, and as Katy Page is on holiday, we have no meetings for you this week.

For those of you suffering withdrawl symptoms, you can follow some exercises provided by Katy on this video. It is a 47 minute seated exercise class suited to members of Neuro Central.

You can find details of future events on the Calendar of Events on our website. We will be back on Monday 20 April at Stirling County Cricket Club for our usual third-Monday meeting.
