These are the meetings for the week beginning Monday 09 March 2026.

Wednesday 11 March at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm - meeting up in person at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients in Auchterarder 
The regular session on the second Wednesday of the month – this month we have a visit from Claire MacDonald of Citizens Advice who will talk about the services they provide. There will also be chat and refreshments along with the usual therapies.

Neuro Physio exercise classes with Katy Page – seated exercises, tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.
