These are the meetings for the week beginning Monday 08 June 2026.

Wednesday 10 June at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm - meeting up in person at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients in Auchterarder 
The regular session on the second Wednesday of the month – for our last meeting before the summer break, we’ll be having a fun session with goodies and games. There will be an opportunity for people to chat about what is going on in their lives and to share similar experiences. And as always, there will be chat, therapies and refreshments.

This week is Carers Week when we highlight the challenges faced by carers, and recognise the outstanding contribution that unpaid carers make to their families, friends and communities up and down the UK. Many of us are dependent on carers to make our lives what they are. Thank you to all of them.

Our events this year are being supported by Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire Community's Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, Perth Community Investment Fund, and M&G (Stirling) Community Grant.
