Neuro Central meetings for week starting 06/04/2026

Hello All

These are the meetings for the week beginning Monday 06 April 2026.

Please note that the Stirling meeting which would normally be scheduled for this Monday, 06 April, was brought forward because of a clash with the Easter holiday. The next Stirling meeting is on Monday 20 April.

Wednesday 08 April at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm - meeting up in person at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients in Auchterarder
The regular session on the second Wednesday of the month – this month we’ll be joined by a Community Link Worker to hear how they can offer support to improve your health and wellbeing. There will also be chat and refreshments along with the usual therapies.

Thursday 09 April at 10:30 am by Zoom
Neuro Physio exercise classes with Katy Page – seated exercises, tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.

The class is held over Zoom and you can join with this link:

Meeting ID: 825 2774 1677 : Passcode: 893117)

As always, if you need any help with Zoom, email back to me and we'll get in touch.

Please note that Katy will be on holiday the following week. There will not be a Neuro Physio session on 16 April.

We are still concerned to keep our members safe at meetings. Since they tend to have conditions that can make them vulnerable to viruses, we ask you to take appropriate precautions to protect both yourself and others at in-person meetings. In particular, if you don't feel well, please stay at home.

Please join us for all or any of these. You can find these, and our future events, on the Calendar of Events on our website. All our events are open to anyone who is a member of Neuro Central. The only travel limitation on the in-person events is whether you can get there. Directions to our meeting places are on our website.

Our events this year are being supported by Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire Community's Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, Perth Community Investment Fund, and M&G (Stirling) Community Grant.

Best wishes

Paul
Secretary and Trustee
